Política de reembolso

While we understand that last-minute changes in your schedule may be unavoidable, and we will try our best to accommodate those changes, we can still remember when you confirm an appointment with our Notaries, Tampa Notary Co reserving that time slot for your needs. We will not take another client in that spot, and we do not overbook. Therefore, a broken appointment results in wasted time that the client is responsible for.

We put this policy in place to be respectful and to better serve all our customers and businesses.

Cancellation:

Canceling less than 24 hours from the date and time of the signing after your appointment has been confirmed may result in a cancellation fee of $50.00. 

Canceling before the 72 hours from the date and time of the signing after your appointment has been confirmed may result in a cancellation fee of $25.00. 

Canceling within 6 hours of booking your appointment will be free of charge. To cancel your appointment, call or text (813)-355-9939.

If your appointment was confirmed on the same day of the signing and less than 12 hours from the signing and you wish to cancel the signing, you may be subject to the $25.00 cancellation policy. Please consider this when booking short notice signings. 

Rescheduling:

Rescheduling is allowed if more than 12 hours from the signing appointment. Appointments less than 12 hours might not be rescheduled and is subject to the same cancellation policy above. 

No Show:

No Show Fee is subject to a minimum fee of $50.00 or the full price listed on the quote, whichever is higher.

*For example, if your quote was $55.00, your No Show fee is subject to the full $55.00. However, if your quote were $38.00, your No Show fee would be $45.00.

- No Show is determined by our Notary waiting for 15 minutes and has attempted to reach you that has been unsuccessful.

Showing up after this time will not allow enough time to complete the signing and will need to be rescheduled. A new quote will need to be completed. 

Late Fee: 

A late fee of $15.00 is added to your quote if you are late more than 10 minutes from your scheduled signing. When you are late, this will either require us to push back our arrival at another appointment or will require that we end the session early and may not be able to complete to signing. If we are required to go over the time, you will be charged $15.00 additional. 

*If our Notary is more than 10 minutes late, we will deduct $15.00 from your total bill.

Service Fee is due when booking your appointment with Tampa Notary Co. and is non-refundable with the exceptions mentioned above.
